GROUNDING YOURSELF

Grounding and Protection is something everyone should do before communicating with the Spirit World and or working with their gifts. Grounding and Protection will also help any Paranormal Investigation team or Independent Paranormal Investigators

..If you are working on your gifts, this should be done daily! It will help you in your life's path, daily walk in life, your emotion, psychical health, your insight and any spirit communications. It will help strengthen you and your walk and help close -YOU- off from any negative energy. People need to know that working with the Spirit World isn't something that they should take lightly. I personally do not believe in "evil" spirits in the way some believe them as being. I believe that if you were -mean- spirited in life, you will be -mean- spirited in spirit. Your personality does not change.

..In saying that, people who are wanting to play with the -Ouija Board- or have a -Seance- just to see what happens should {NOT} take this lightly either. You are opening yourself up to the negativity. Many who have done this have suddenly started experiencing activity within their home and life. I would {STRONGLY} recommend that if you do this, that you do it with someone who has experience! Someone who knows how to protect and knows exactly what they are doing.

..Many walk into the "unknown"-"spirit world" without protection which can be dangerous for anyone without protection. Walking into a location with out knowing exactly what is there and or communicating with the spirit world, many open themselves up to the negativity that can and does lie there. Without Grounding and or Protection, negativity can and will attach itself to you.

..*SPECIAL NOTE TO INVESTIGATORS*
..Please remember that if you are at a location, Cemetery etc., energy good or bad can and -DOES- attach itself to objects as well. Even on a simple leaf found in a cemetery. Some people have been known to pick negative energy up at locations because they have brought a pretty leaf or rock home.

..GROUNDING
..Picture small roots growing out of the bottom of your feet down, down, down to the core of the Earth. Imagine that there is a large quartz crystal at the core that your roots connect to. Next visualize a small spot on the top of your head (your crown chakra) opening up and fibers emerging reaching up and up similar to the roots you visualized coming from your feet. Visualize them growing up and up and connecting to the heaven's, central sun, moon, a planet, etc. Sit for a few moments and breath in energy from both below and above and visualize that energy entering your body. In doing this you are both centering and grounding yourself. Do this every morning... and anytime you feel insecure, emotional, and always before meditation or any spiritual or healing work.

..PROTECTION
..Place yourself in a quiet place where you can be alone for a few minutes. Imagine a very bright and warming light coming down from the sky. Allow the light to enter the top of your head. Imagine that Bright White Light filling your head. Take 3 deep breaths in threw your nose and out threw your mouth. Exhaling each breath slowly. Now imagine that bright white light slowly traveling down your neck, your shoulders, down each arm all the way down to the tips of your fingers and then traveling back up to your shoulders. Feel the warmth. Now allow that bright white light to travel all the way down your body. Filling every area within you until it reaches the very tips of your toes.

..Your whole body is now filled with that Warm Bright White Light. Feeling it and believing it. Now imagine that Bright White Light busting out from your body and making a cocoon of white light around your whole body. See it and believe it. Now say to yourself 3 times.... Nothing will penetrate this white light surrounding me. Keep all negative energy out only allowing positive energy to enter. Take 3 slow deep breaths and open your eyes.

Every day I would see spirits. Many as residual beings. (Going threw their life as if a movie) and many intelligent presence. (Being aware of you and their surroundings).

..One night after doing my meditation, Shirley opened her eyes and saw 50 spirits with in her room which honestly scared her. After that, the room in which she did all her meditations in began to have a strange odor with it. My husband even smelled it as well. So he began to look for the reason in which would cause it. He found nothing. I then called the elderly woman who was helping me get more comfortable with my gift and she told what I needed to do. Then she asked if I did a prayer of protection... "Hello?? No I didn't… You never told me about that!" So, since that experience I have always protected and nothing like that has ever happened to me again.
